Dwayne Sumner - Interim Pastor
Dwayne and his wife, Pat, come to us from Jacksonville, FL. Pastor Dwayne will serve as our interim pastor until a full-time pastor is found.
Pastor Dwayne attended Luther Rice College and for the past 6 years has been a part of "Shades of Grace Ministry".

Sean and his family came to Springhill in 2007. He and his wife, Anna have four children: Bradley (2002), Sarah Beth (2004), Alex (2006), and Emma Kate (2008).
Sean's passion in life is seeing believers mature in Christ. He enjoys small group relationships where people can connect in real, meaningful ways.
In 2009, Sean began a real estate investment business. He has enjoyed increased opportunities to share the gospel through new relationships in the community. His faith has also been stretched while trusting God to provide what He wills.
Sean's favorite scripture verse is Hebrews 12:11, which says, "No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it." This verse challenges and humbles Sean daily, reminding Him of our hope in Christ as we set aside worldly ambition and persevere in the pursuit of godliness.

Wayne has been office manager for us since 2007. Wayne and his wife of 35 years, Shan, have ministered the last twelve years in our fellowship. They have one son, Robert (married to Jamie) and one grandson, Aaron. They live in Niceville, FL.
Wayne has over 30 years of management experience and was most recently a manager of Family Christian Stores in Jacksonville.
